We are intentionally small by design. A focused roster means every creator we represent receives dedicated, personalised management — from brand partnerships and contract negotiation to long-term career strategy and growth.
Founded by Nish O’Connor, PAVE was created to offer a more thoughtful, hands-on alternative to traditional talent management. We believe the best work happens when talent feels supported, understood, and empowered to build a career that’s both creatively fulfilling and commercially successful.

Our Founder
Nish began her career in advertising over a decade ago, selling media space for some of the UK’s leading publishers and broadcasters, including Glamour Magazine, Sky, and Time Inc. Her passion for the creator space started around the same time, inspired by the original wave of beauty YouTubers and bloggers who first sparked her love of digital storytelling.
After graduating from university, she launched her own lifestyle blog and YouTube channel as a creative outlet alongside her day job. It was through this experience that she discovered her true strengths lay behind the camera — shaping strategy, building talent, and driving meaningful brand partnerships.
For the past six years, Nish has managed leading digital talent, combining commercial expertise with a creator-first mindset. She founded PAVE to deliver a highly personalised, collaborative service for both creators and clients, with a focus on long-term partnerships and impactful campaigns.
